Washing machine

The washing machine was delivered, not in a box. The drum was wet and dirty smelling water came out of the draining pipe. I contacted Makro via whatsapp . I spoke to agent called Simphiwe and he told that this is because the supplier sometimes test the machines. I then highlighted to him that When operating the machine, there is water over flow in the drum and I am not sure if this is normal. I asked him to put me in contact with a technician so that I can verify if this is normal.

I have waited for 2 days now and no one is contacting me.
