Washing machine
I bought a washing machine about three months at Makro and also paid I think an extra 4k so they can extend my warranty. The washing machine is already giving me problems and they’ve been promising to come and sort it out but they haven’t. This is nonsense. They must take this machine and give me my money back cause this is nonsene mani!!!

This is nonsense. Rather return my money including the extended warranty money I paid for the machine cause your arrogance is really starting to **** me off. If I go to Makro people will get hurt cause this is nonsense. You are extremely incompetence and teach your people to know their customers before calling em. She spoke as if she’s doing me a favour instead of doing her job. Niyangidakelwa and if you don’t resolve this nizobona ukuthi thina bosomatekisi sebenzani abantu abasidakelwayo. I paid lot of money so I expect this issue resolved by tomorrow noma nizobona izinqa zabazali benu by Tuesday. Niyangidakelwa nina msunu yenu.
