Washing Machine

The issue that is affecting my concerns my experience with Makro from whom I bought a Samsung washing machine on 04/06/2023.. I used it once and it damaged my blanket as well as the drum,, I went with the machine to Makro to report as well as show them the machine on 16/06/23,,,i got ducumentation of my returning the machine and my desire to be refunded or the replacement thereof to which I am still waiting for.. No communication has been received this far,, Lucia from Samsung whom I had previously engaged to resolve this issue by 17/07/23 to no avail.. I would like to assisted to get my refund as I am not getting any joy from Makro nor Samsung..
