Washing line from hell

Not sure how to rate 0 stars.. I placed an order for a simple portable washing line. Item was not delivered. Several Enquiries were made with no feedback given. Requested management contact and have not to date received any. Several consultants who don't know what they are doing merely "forward" the enquiry to the relevant department. No one from any department/courier service or supplier has contacted with feedback. Had to attempt to cancel the order and got the same response about forwarding to relevant department- will wait patiently for this cancelation. At this point shut the site down as it is useless with no good reviews seen on their site
