Warranty Problems.

Purchased a samsung dishwasher from Makro in Nov 2017 together with an extended warranty. The drain pump stopped working and I first contacted Macro a week ago. Even though the manufacturer and extended warranty are stil active I have not heard anything from them. Not even a courtesy call.

I have called 3 times already this week and every time I just get told that they are escalating the claim, but that is all that happens.

I am pretty disappointed in the service, seeing that all our major household appliances were bought at Makro
