Warranty means nothing and staff has bad attitude

Bought two sets of travel suitcases from Makro Silver Lakes. I asked the salesman for good quality with a warranty. After travelling once abroad, the one is broken, shattered plastic. Same day of my return, I take it back to Makro as they must return it for others that I will buy from Makro. Very unhelpful staff in the return centre sais there is no warranty, so I go into the store and take a photo of the warranty as on the items on sale. Long story short, Makro is on the side of the supplier and not their customer. I spend alot of money monthly at Makro but if they don’t reaolve this I will never aoend another cent there. They rather protect the supplier than their own customers
