warranty claim not attended to.

I have long submitted a warranty claim on the 31st August 2023 and till today my washing machine has not been fixed, they refuse to refund me and all they do is telling me that they will get back to me, also that they will only refund if the warranty people say they can't fix the problem. They don't care about the inconvenience I am getting.
