Warranty ****

I bought an extended warranty via Makro for a Samsung washing machine I bought in 2021.The warranty states that the machine will be serviced within 3 days after a request is made.It's been 3 weeks without a solution.I keep being told to wait for the Samsung team to send someone.Where do I report unfair practices like this? Samsung claims the problem is with the Makro team and vice versa.
