Warning: Terrible Experience with Makro Online—No Goods Received, No Refund Issued

I had a bad experience with Makro online recently. I had an issue with the delivery address for my order, and despite contacting their customer service to rectify it, my order was still sent to the wrong location. Even after providing the correct address, my order never reached me. Later, I found out that the supplier had cancelled the order. Despite promises of a refund, I have yet to receive it after multiple attempts to address the issue. They even promised that a manager would call me yesterday, but I didn't receive any call. This has been going on for over three weeks. Based on this experience, I would advise being cautious when ordering from Makro online.
