Warning: Makro Online is a ****

Makro Online has still not refunded me after two purchases I made over 1 month ago which they cancelled due to no stock (they are still advertising as available). On the 8th of April I was told I would have a refund in 3-5 business days. Then after multiple phone calls I eventually got a mail on the 16th saying the same thing, "Your refund has been processed... allow 2-5 working days..." Then I queried again as I still had not been paid and I got a mail on the 22nd saying I would be refunded within 2-10 working days. 10!!!!! Still waiting for this refund and by looking at the multiple reviews just in this last month alone (saying the same thing), I am very concerned I will never get my money back. Selling items not in stock and then not refunding your client is just an obvious red flag that this business is either no longer in full service or run by absolute incompetence. DO NOT SHOP ON MAKRO ONLINE, IT'S CLEARLY A ****.
