WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM MAKRO ONLINE!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM MAKRO ONLINE. I placed my order on 27 November 2019 and only received half of my order. I've called them every week for the past month and a half... and I get the same response: "We'll follow up and get back to you"
And NO ONE has ever called me back. I keep having to call them and get put on hold for 30 minutes, with still no solution. they say they'll get back to me and that i will get the order delivered, but NOTHING. This is beyond frustrating. I have to take out so much of my time and spend so much money on airtime and no solution.
Please save yourself the headache and DO NOT USE MAKRO ONLINE!! EVER!!!
Stick to Takealot.
