Warning, do not buy appliances from Makro

Never order appliances online. They deliver, refuse to test and prove that it works. When its a faulty appliance they refuse to refund or exchange. They say its been plugged in by yiurself to check if it works now its not new anymore. I'v been struggling now for a week and still nobody has come to check the appliance. They do have a written 14 day refund or exchange on their orders, but do not honour that. Stay away from buying or ordering online any appliance from them
