WARNING

I'm a regular customer at Makro Bloemfontein. 3 incidents happened and yesterday's one make me decide to complain. I've complained at Hardus (1 of the managers) and he told me that the risk manager (the paper with his name on is in the car) will phone me before the end of the day. (IT NEVER HAPPENED)

1ST Incident - a cleaning lady was busy washing the floor and all of a sudden wants to dry the floor with the yellow caution board and hit me in the process.

2ND - forklift driver in store bumped into my trolley. Those drivers are very dangerous!

3RD - I fell over a pallet which was laying in front of the avos. I've hurt my knees, my jean at the left knee had a small hole. My left knee is purple. I've bumped my face against the shelf and I also have a mark.

I will phone them today because I will definitely go to my doctor.

I think they must put a warning board atthe to tell people to lo out forklifts and pallets.
