WAKE UP MAKRO, YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE NOT SAFE AND YOU’RE ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN!!!

Makro are you supporting organised crime? Because after yesterday’s experience at your branch in Germiston, it sure seems like it. My sister was in the toy aisle of your store walking towards my mom who was in the clothing section, when she was blocked in by two women with trolleys, they rammed into with their trolley and ripped her handbag off of her so hard that the strap broke right off her. They managed to get away with her cellphone, purse, money, bank cards and all her identity documents. The security were no where to be seen when she ran after them screaming and shouting. They didn’t run towards an exit but towards an area of the store that stock is kept, they may have known of another way out of the store, they seemed to be wearing staff uniforms. When my sister reported it to the security, they told her that they don’t have good camera coverage in that aisle and that they can’t see anything. Honestly pathetic!!! So your customers aren’t safe in your store and you are allowing people to get away with theft and *******. It leaves a disgusting feeling in my heart, I will never shop at your store again because we clearly aren’t safe and ********* can just get away with it. Massmart is already closing stores across the country, and you’re only adding to the problem!!
