Waiting over five months for a refund

Ordered a keyboard and mouse combo last October. The box arrived, with no mouse. Returned it. New box arrived with no USB connector, so into like it was useless. Micro took months to process the return, and I'm still waiting for the refund. I've sent approximately 40 emails, made over 10 calls, been given meaning this reference number after reference number, and nothing. I paid R1000 for this keyboard, and I spend a lot of money at makro per month. There are much much better at taking your money then returning it, or processing any kind of exchange.
