Waiting on refund from April

I have been waiting for my refund from Makro since April, and it is now September with no progress! Every time I follow up, I’m told their “systems are not updated.” This is absolutely ridiculous. How can such a big company take months to process a simple refund?

I am furious and completely disappointed. Makro, this is unacceptable!!!
