Waiting on my bed exhange since last month

Hello,can you please help me at least get my refund,ever since I've looged an exchange of a wrong mattress i received on the 25 august,they collected the wrong mattress on the 28 august ever since I've been promised that mine will be delivered.its 20 september today.no ways makro is very wrong they called after i wrote here but still i havent got my bed.if they can't send my bed please refund my money so that i can buy elsewhere..MY ORDER NO:MK***
