Waiting for refund since 11 July 2023

Good morning

On the 11 July 2023 I purchased a Alva Cylinder Top Heater (Excludes Gas Cylinder) X 1 for R 399.00. The order has been cancelled the same day and was promised that the refund will be processed to the same payment method used when placing this order. And that refund will reflect within the next 2 - 10 working days. Until today I did not receive the refund yet.
