Waiting for REFUND over a YEAR

My partner and I wanted to buy a wifi router online but we managed to buy from another store, by mistake we paid an amount of money to Makro by mistake after we received their online banking details. We've been to different Makro stores asking for help but we have been told that they cannot help us at store level, we should call the online department it's been a year now calling the online store but they give us run arounds also. We will never sit foot in any makro stores we would never recommend makro to anyone. We have given them proof of payment from the bank and still they don't respond to our emails anymore, after submitting the proof of payment. Never buy online!!! Bad service Makro
