Waiting for Refund

Hi I purchased a TV stick from Makro online and found it to be faulty and I returned and informed them I have changed banks and I was told that I need to wait the money will bounce back into their accounts and they will redeposit into new account , I gave them all relevant information and documents and I've been given the run around since March 2025 till now 19 June 2025.
