Waiting for refund aince 6 month. No supervisors calling back. **** service
I am shocked about the quality of their service. I am. Waiting fir a refund of 939.80 ZAR since the 13th of july 2021 today is the 22nd of december 2021. I send in proof of payment and i recwived 20 emails always with: thank you for your email we refer it to the rigjt department. I called now 3 times. Always a promuse they call me back. Never. I disnt gibe up and called again. 3 times. Each time the supervisors are in a meeting. It is such a bad shocking service. My ***...i will never use your store again. I am still waiting for a call back and my money
