Waiting for Refund after they cancelled my order

I dont know what i was thinking using Makro My order was cancelled due to no stock, ive contacted them and even provided proof of payment including my details for smother operation guess what im still waiting for my refund, i dont know when will i get it but it seems its up to me to pull up my socks to run after them so they can return my money. The promised the money should be in my account this week but there's nothing. I learned from experience to never buy from Makro again
