Waiting for refund

I bought an item in the door and I asked them to check if everything is in there , when I got home there was something missing. I stay very far from the Macro Ottery store , I had to drive back again to return the item . I went there Saturday and till today I have not received my refund , I have been calling the store non stop and I am not getting any assistance. This is the worse customer experience I have ever experienced and this is not the first time they sold me stuff that not in order .
