Waiting for refund

After numerous attempts of email and phones call I'm highly disgusted that nobody is getting back to me in regards to my refund. I tried to call Springfield in Durban but no answer. I tried to call the care centre no help and the guy that is suppose to help me via email is not responding to my emails. I'm fed up now. I purchased a Bluetooth speaker with the intention to listen to music and now I have to wait for typical South African way no customer care.
