WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!!

I placed an order on 27 December 2024.

I subsequently cancelled a few days later...

I have phoned Makro 3 times to enquire about my reimbur*****t.

To date it says on the system that the order was collected by the customer.

This is false, I never collected the product.
