Waiting for my delivery

I made an online purchase on Sunday and I was promised that my merchandise will arrive within 2 days. It's over 3 days and I have not received any form of communication besides a confirmation email that stated that it was handed over to deliveries on Monday. This means the delivery guy has been going home with my merchandise. I regret buying at Makro if I used Game it would have been at my house by now.
