waiting for delivery

i ordered a product from makro online last week tuesday (09/01/2018) and as usually been promised it will be delivered within 2-5 days.i received a message that they received my order and never said anything that they don't have stock.on friday i called because i see its quiet no message no call about my order and i was told they will deliver that friday latest monday.i called monday but i never got through i end up giving up calling because you wait for long,i called again yesterday because they dont bother themselves to call me and tell me what is happening and finally i went through and get consultant and he promised to find what is happening and he think they only got stock yesterday but he will call me back,since i wait for that cal.

so its 3 days waisting my airtime calling them.so today i call again after many trying and holding finally i got someone and she told she will call after an hour she is finding out,after two hours no call i call again and she tells me she cant find anyone who can tell her what is happening to my order she even send the email to find out what is happening so she will give me a call if they respond,so today i told myself if i dont get any call tomorrow i am cancelling my order AND I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING ONLINE MAKRO and i will not recommend to anyone
