waiting at information centre

Needing a day pass I went to information centre with my goods. As one was busy on the phone with 2 customers and other 2 deeply into the papers in front of them and another with her back to me I waited patiently to be helped. Lo and behold another customer walks in and gets immediate attention also for a daypass from the person sitting closest to the door. I was told upon objecting that I had been on the phone. Since she proceeded then to assist the new customer I left my purchases. I reported it to a manager and advised I would place this on hellopeter.
