Waiting almost 2 months for my refund!!!

Makro refusing to refund me!!!! I order something online ..the product started not working properly 😑 I request a return and the product was collected . I received a email saying the the product has been received buy the supper as per email (We trust this email finds you well. Kindly be advised your return has been successfully delivered back to the supplier on 17/07/2024.)

I have been calling Makro for weeks!!!!! Weeks!!!! July ...August and every time I was told Refund was approved she be sorted...still nothing it is now 2 months later and I have still not been refund .. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Makro will deliver your product in 2 to 3 days but when it comes to return they don't collect still sitting with a broken microwave..they never collected after 1 month it started giving me problem ..now I'm waiting for a refund ..never again will I buy any Electronics from Makro !!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡 MAK*** - RMA ***-Seller : Dealz Galore - .17/07/2024
