Waiting a month for a refund with no cummincation

I feel so annoyed that I even have to spend my time doing this. But who would have thought I would get ghosted by Makro. Worst service I have ever received.

I placed an order online for 3 items, upon delivery, 2 of the 3 items were incorrect.

I then attempt logging a return, which in itself is a flippen disaster. I schedule a collection date, and surprise surprise, a no show.

I then wait over a week for them to collect after the collection date.

Weeks later, I still haven’t heard a thing! I am having to constantly follow up with no response.

Then I get told my refund is being processed on 1 of the items, which I have still not gotten, and it has been 2 weeks since that communication. And on top of it. I’m asked if I want to return the other item that was already returned. It has now been a month and I have heard nothing and still not received my refund.

It’s ridiculous honestly.

I want this resolved today!
