Waiting 4 +months for a refund

Refund requested 4 months ago. Makro already collected the merchandise but does not refund. Reviewed twice on Hello Peter and they just send a response that means nothing!!!!! It has been reported to their financial department more than three times. Does Makro even care about their reputation???? I was refunded for only a quarter of the value. They can at least send the merchandise back.
