Waiting 31 days and counting for online order

Did online order 10 April. I Cancelled the order 24 April due to non delivery. Today, a month after ordering and more than 2 weeks after cancelling AND my second review on this platform, it still shows my order is in the process and I am no closer to getting my money back. Not even an email confirming cancellation. Your first response on this platform said that I would have received feedback by now? You guys need to urgently stop online orders! You are in over your head!
