Waiting 20 days now for my refund

Its been 20 days and Im still waiting for my refund. Ive been actively calling and sending emails and the only respond is that they’re waiting for the finance department to respond. This order was over R1000, and Im still waiting. Im deeply disappointed and Im extremely frustrated with this situation.
