Waiting 20 Days and still no Refund!! Dont shop Makro online

Still waiting for my refund for a dishwasher i returned 20 days ago. The store manager assured me I would receive my refund in 3 business days. I have sent many follow up mails but they tell me they investigating the issue, I dont understand the issue, makro has the dishwasher so give me back my money!!!
