Waited for 2-3 months on Makro to process my return

So I got a cable from Makro Online about 3 months ago. It got to me 2-3 weeks after I ordered (I didn’t really mind because I desperately needed it) but at some point I emailed them to ask if everything was under control and they rep**** later but I had received the cable when they rep****. Fine. I tried using it and it is not compatible to my camera. I then when on their website and did the whole return process even attached pictures. I sent them an email they said a return has been logged and their team will be in contact with me. This was on the 1 of July 2020 and today is 08th if September 2020. Just saw the cable now and I remembered that I have been waiting for their team to contact me. I’m really disappointed tbh.
