Waisting my time

On Saturday 7 February I went to Makro Silver Lakes in the hope of finding a laptop battery to buy. A sales person told me that Makro doesn't sell laptop batteries but that I should go to Incredible Connection or Dion Wired. All the way from Makro to Incredible Connection in Atterbury Value Mart, only for a salesperson there to tell me to go New World in Menlyn. At New World, the salesperson told me that all the shops send their customers to them for laptop batteries, but they don't sell them!!! New World then sent me to Centurion Mall to Laptop City, but there is no such place as laptop city!! There is however Matrix Warehouse who orders a laptop battery from the supplier once the customer has paid for the product. I am writing this report to let all the involved parties know where customers can buy laptop batteries. PLEASE inform your sales staff so they can direct frustrated customers in the right direction! Thank you.
