Voucher not Loaded

Last week I purchased 3 vouchers from Makro Wonderboom, the cashier on duty was not sure how to load the vouchers so she called the Supervisor for help.1 of the Vouchers was a birthday gift. Yesterday when my brother tried to use the voucher no money has been loaded on this particular voucher. And guess what I do not have the slip anymore. Now I have to travel to Centurion to get the voucher and travel back to Wonderboom so they can try to help me, and that is if they are willing to assist without a slip?<br> <br> Very bad service From Makro!!!
