VODACOM OFFLINE AT ALL STORES!!!

I have been calling for 2 weeks STRAIGHT all the stores - Clearwater, Rosebank, Woodmead, Alberton and NONE of them can assist me with an upgrade as the vodacom system has been down for 2 weeks. I have been told to call back and call back and NOTHING. I was relying on the upgrade voucher to buy food and now i am left to beg, borrow as a result. I need to know what the solution will be URGENTLY
