Very very very bad service. Don't buy anything from them that you are not 100% sure of.

I have requested a refund on the 5th of September 2023 and the refund was approved on the 15th September 2023 till today 14 November 2023 i did not receive my refund every time i phone they say they will escalate it to finance i should wait 10days then i will receive my refund well its 2 months later and still no refund
