Very very bad service

Very bad service by Makro online, we place an order they have send an email to say it has been dispatched with Value Express. I called value express and they have no idea what order am talking about and after calling makro customer service am being given another number to call as they should be able to assist me. Makro they dont respond to emails nor calls now its like i have been ****** by Makro online
