Very Upsetting

I went to Makro Cape Gate on Thursday 29.11.2019 to upgrade my line ***. This contract fell due for upgrade in November 2019 already.

The consultant at Makro put the deal through the system and they had to log a request for the contract to be approved. Today I get a call from Makro Cape Gate to say the upgrade was declined on the basis that I am under debt review.

I upgraded my other line *** 2 months ago within 5 minutes in store at Vodacom Brackenfell with no problems , I have been under debt review for 2 years please go check your records and see how much upgrades and new lines has been approved fro me through this. A year ago I had the same problem at Makro and the consultant at Makro was given the incorrect information by the acquisitions consultant at Vodacom and eventually the upgrade went through successfully. They do not question Vodacom they just accept what they are being told.

And also can you please get more cellphone staff and structure in that department. I don't appreciate that I get called and made to feel like a ********.
