Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

I am so dissapointed with Makro, such a very big company for poor service. I placed an order on the 29th of November and the expected delivery date was the 3rd of December. Today is the 14th of December and I still have not received my order, i have been calling Makro and the people that i have spoken to were not helpful at all. Their trusted courier company is so unreliable and unprofessional yesterday i followed up with Makro and still couldn't get any tangible information regarding my order. This was the last time i trusted Makro with my money and im sure there are companies with better service that take their customers serious and value their money. At this moment i'm no longer interested in the order if i could just get my money back.
