Very unhelpful manager

I went into Makro Alberton on Saturday and had bought liquor for the shop where I work. But realised that I had forgotten my card. I then requested the liquor store manager to assist me in getting the card number. He told me that I must go to the customer care as he can't help me. I went to customer care then requested for them to lend me their phone so I could get the card number. I called my work place and got the card number. When I went back to the liquor section there was another client who had the same dilemma as me but the gentleman who had told me to go to customer care gladly assisted him. I then asked him why did he not give me the same kind of customer service as this gentleman, he then answered with an attitude and said he was doing him a favour I then asked him if he only does favours for people with different colour of skin or is he there to assist. He then told me he could not careless if I reported the matter. All in all the gentleman was unhelpful, rude and obnoxious. I am a very good customer at Makro and the least I expect is the same customer service across board whether black or white or green or yellow. My money is as good as the other guys.
