very unhappy - Makro online worse service ever

I bought and still after the 2-5 working days my order has not being processed and no communication whatso ever from the Makro team.

i called and was advised will be given feedback still nothing. Their emails also no response.

First and last time I use their online services. I wonder how the product will also be like :-(
