Very unhappy
They don’t stick to delivery time frames my order was supposed to be delivered today all of sudden they changed. What’s the point of a 2 day delivery if y’all not going to stick to it. Now I have to go pick it up what an inconvenience

29 May 2025, 20:23Im highly disappointed. The Centurion store is just awful. I had to drive there after I called and it was confirmed that my order was ready. To my surprise my water wasn't included because when they received the order it was out of stock so they canceled it without so muc as an email. The lady who I spoke to was as useless as a worm in a jar Rossina or whatever her name is... what a disgrace
I wasn't asking for a lot, just simple communication. Imagine if this item was delivered only to find that im shory of things I need. Clearly online orders are not something you are masters at. I dont care whether this silly mo communication rule under R150 was set my "head office " or not im just disgusted by the behavior of that lady and the overall order. Most unpleasant order ever
