Very unhappy customer with service by RCS Makro

I'm a ****ed off client that had to reopen my account and lost my credit limit, as I emailed twice to not close the account and I called and was promised it won't be closed, only to call yesterday to question the cash withdrawal issue, and to hear my account is closed.

I got approved now on a new one but I want my credit limit reinstated as i was fed incorrect information and my requests werent adhered too.

Why are we emailing and calling to get things sorted but god forbid you miss a payment by few days lawyers call you.

I need numbers for people other than the customer service agent. i want management!!!
