Very unhappy customer

Went shopping at Makro Edenvale and was paying for my purchases. It was 17:00pm and I asked her if they would fill my gas bottle as they were rushing to cash up. I asked her why was she is in such a hurry because according to the website they only close at 17:30pm. She very abruptly told me she don't know and I should go check myself and go pay at the liquor store if they do fill my gas bottle. So what I find concerning is that why cash up at 17:00pm when you actually advertise that you close at 17:30pm. There are many unemployed people who lost their jobs during the pandamic, so if your current staff is in such a hurry to go home then maybe you should employ people who really need a job.
