Very unhappy customer from Makro , Cornubia , KZN

I experienced very rude and arrogant service from the Manager (Prudence Mthembu) at Cornubia Makro. She approached me in a very bad mood and in an unprofessional manner after I had an issue of which I wanted to purchase a fridge that was still valid on special today, and Makro doesn’t have stock. I tried explaining to her and she kept telling me to not point my finger at her. I told her I’m not pointing my finger at her, and she kept insisting , until I got ****ed off anf walked out of the store. I took out my Phone to try and calm her down but she didn’t was still talking about me pointing my finger at her of which I started to get annoyed as I was in the stored trying to purchase a fridge for the past one hour of which I had to keep waiting for someone to attend to me and I patiently waited, only to receive service like this at the end before I walked out. Other customers at the stores witnessed this and it was on camera footage aswel. I’m a very unhappy customer Makro!
