Very unhappy customer

Makro online is really terrible. I placed an order online, paid for it but didn't get an order confirmation email or sms. I called many times but no one seems to pick up my order or my payment. More than four consultants sent me an email that I should reply to with proof of payment but none of them sees my reply. I can't cancel the order because there is none to cancel yet I can't get my money back because no one is receiving my proof of payment. I have spent a lot of money calling Macro customer care. This is really frustrating. Makro online is not even deserving one star 😤
