Very unhappy customer.

Worst online service ever, ordered an item, it was packed , after 5 days no delivery, phoned , they said they will follow up and come back to me, no one ever came back and i had to follow up so many times, after a few more calls and days later , they canceled order saying no stock. I have not received my money back, followed up again, the lady assisting said my payment is waiting for approval. This is not acceptable. This is now days later and no item and no money. Will never use their online service again and will advice all to double think before they use them. Very unhappy.
